When I reached out to Coach Ella about 6 months ago, I was in a totally different headspace. I was hurting so much from a lot of pain and disappointment that I had experienced and I wasn't sure how to get out of that place where it seemed I had gotten stuck.
After contacting Coach Ella, the first thing that stood out for me was the welcome email she sent me. It was highly detailed, organized and thorough. I immediately sensed that I was going to be working with someone who was serious about making an impact in my life.
As we started working together, I could see the difference between her and a lot of coaches and therapists I have worked with in the past. First, it's no doubt that Coach Ella is anointed by God and His wisdom is at work within her. So, her approach to issues were not just theoretical based. She gave me pragmatic solutions that were undergirded by prophetic insights. My sessions with her felt custom made and tailored specifically for me. The combination of prayer sessions with our counseling sessions was such a game changer. I initially signed up for 6 weeks with her but after seeing how much change I experienced in those 6 weeks, I signed up for another 8 months.
Second, she has a profound ability to go into the pit and pain with you but she doesn't stay there or allow you to stay there. Her ability to go into those painful spaces with you makes you feel seen and validated but at the same time, she pulls you out of those spaces by reshaping your perspective. It's like someone flooding your life with light and clarity. In the 6 months that I have been working with her, I have experienced tremendous healing and progress. It's been such an accelerated change for me, especially internally. I look back to where I was 6 months ago, and I am so surprised by how much has changed. I am so grateful for her diligence, encouragement, kindness, professionalism and dedication. Indeed, my story of healing and breakthrough will not be complete without Coach Ella. I can't wait to see the advancement I make as I continue to work with her.
